Yoga classOur truly gentle Yoga instructor Wendy Townsend has a gift for bringing her students into a deep and peaceful experience of the body-mind-spirit connection. She encourages her students to explore their “stretching edge,” to challenge themselves when ready, or to take a more restorative approach.

“Yoga conditions and rejuvenates your body slowly,” Wendy says. “It brings you an ability to move easily and relax deeply into a fuller sense of your own spirit.”
