Our truly gentle Yoga instructor Wendy Townsend has a gift for bringing her students into a deep and peaceful experience of the body-mind-spirit connection. She encourages her students to explore their “stretching edge,” to challenge themselves when ready, or to take a more restorative approach.

Mondays, March 13-May 22, 1:30-2:30 pm (No class April 10)
Wednesdays, March 15-May 31, 11:15 am-12:15 pm (No class April 12 or May 3)
