Through the Teen Feed program, St. Andrew’s provides a hot meal for homeless teens on the third Wednesday of each month. We prepare a meal at St. Andrew’s (4:00 – 6:00 p.m.) and deliver and serve it at a University District Church (served between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.).
We are always looking for more volunteers. Due to the population we serve, Teen Feed prefers that volunteers be at least 18 years of age. For more information about volunteering, contact: Margo Rogers at firstname.lastname@example.org
Teen Feed: More than Just a Meal. The Teen Feed program provides a meal for homeless youth 365 days a year, but it provides more than just a meal. It provides a safe place, a sense of community, an opportunity for youth to talk about personal problems with adults who care, and a place to get good information about finding housing and work.
